1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Liva Mall (livamall.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
 

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

 
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Liva Mall, whether registered or not.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

Product Information

• All products displayed are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
• Colors, designs, and prints may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.
• Replica/Inspired Jerseys: Liva Mall sells high-quality replica/inspired sports apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any sports league, club, or brand unless explicitly stated.

Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Price Errors: In case of obvious pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.

Customized Products

• Custom jerseys (with name, number, logo, or design) are made-to-order and non-returnable unless defective.
• Final design approval is required before production begins.
• Spelling, sizing, and design details are the customer’s responsibility to verify before confirmation.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an Order

1. Select products and add to cart
2. Provide accurate shipping & billing information
3. Review order summary (items, price, customization details)
4. Complete payment as per selected method
5. Receive order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp

Order Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. Liva Mall reserves the right to:
  • Accept or decline your order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • Limit quantities per customer

Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Order Modifications

• Changes to size, name, number, or design are not allowed after order confirmation.
• Optional 2-hour revision window may be offered. Contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Payment Security

• We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.
• We do NOT store full credit/debit card details on our servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your payment credentials.

* If artwork requires editing/vectorizing by our team, additional charges may apply.

Design Approval Process

1.  Submit customization request →
2.  Pay applicable advance →
3.  Receive digital preview →
4.  Approve or request minor revisions →
5.  Production begins upon final approval

Intellectual Property Notice

• Customers warrant that any logo, image, or design they submit for customization:
  • Is owned by them, OR
  • They have obtained necessary permissions/licenses to use it
• Liva Mall is not liable for copyright/trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
• We reserve the right to reject any design that violates third-party rights or our content policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to courier partner.
• Delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur reshipping charges.

International Orders: Customer is solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These are not included in product price or shipping fee.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns require prior approval. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:
 

1. Use our website for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
2. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
3. Scrape, copy, or misuse website content without permission
4. Place orders using false information, stolen payment methods, or bots
5. Resell Liva Mall products commercially without written authorization
6. Upload malicious files, viruses, or infringing content for customization
7. Harass, defame, or threaten our staff or other customers

Violation may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
 

Liva Mall shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures due to force majeure (acts of God, war, strikes, etc.)
• Errors in customization details provided by customer
• Courier delays, loss, or damage after handover

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

Courier Disclaimer: Once order is handed to courier partner, Liva Mall is not liable for loss/damage during transit. We will assist in filing claims where possible.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liva Mall, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
 

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
• Your misuse of our website or services
• Content you submit for customization

12. Privacy & Data Protection

3. For international customers, we encourage mediation before legal proceedings

Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
