• All products displayed are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
• Colors, designs, and prints may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.
• Replica/Inspired Jerseys: Liva Mall sells high-quality replica/inspired sports apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any sports league, club, or brand unless explicitly stated.

Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Price Errors: In case of obvious pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.

Customized Products

• Custom jerseys (with name, number, logo, or design) are made-to-order and non-returnable unless defective.
• Final design approval is required before production begins.
• Spelling, sizing, and design details are the customer’s responsibility to verify before confirmation.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

Placing an Order

1. Select products and add to cart
2. Provide accurate shipping & billing information
3. Review order summary (items, price, customization details)
4. Complete payment as per selected method
5. Receive order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp

Order Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. Liva Mall reserves the right to:
  
  • Accept or decline your order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • Limit quantities per customer

Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Order Modifications

• Changes to size, name, number, or design are not allowed after order confirmation.
• Optional 2-hour revision window may be offered — contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Production begins only after advance payment is received and verified.

Payment Security

• We do NOT store full credit/debit card details on our servers.

Design Approval Process

Intellectual Property Notice

• Customers warrant that any logo, image, or design they submit for customization:
  
  • Is owned by them, OR
  • They have obtained necessary permissions/licenses to use it
• Liva Mall is not liable for copyright/trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
• We reserve the right to reject any design that violates third-party rights or our content policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to courier partner.
• Delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address.
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur reshipping charges.

International Orders: Customer is solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These are not included in product price or shipping fee.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns require prior approval. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Courier Disclaimer: Once order is handed to courier partner, Liva Mall is not liable for loss/damage during transit. We will assist in filing claims where possible.
