Advance Payment Policy

Free shipping and advance payment are separate rules. Orders above Rs 4,000 qualify for free shipping. Customized orders require full advance payment before the order is confirmed. A customized order above Rs 4,000 still qualifies for free shipping once full payment has been received. Order value alone never requires an advance.

- Before dispatch (for prepaid orders), OR
- At the time of delivery (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Customization includes personalized names, numbers, logos, or any custom design request.

* If you provide your own high-resolution logo/image, there is no additional design fee. However, if our team needs to edit, vectorize, or recreate the artwork, standard design charges may apply.
Custom Design Charges (Special Orders)
For completely custom designs (not available in our catalogue):
✅ Remaining jersey cost: Paid via COD or prepaid at website price
✅ Rs. 500 is NOT adjusted in final jersey price
✅ Design must be approved before production begins
✅ Custom jerseys are made-to-order → Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable*
* Exception: Manufacturing defects (printing error, wrong size, fabric flaw) are covered under our Quality Guarantee.

Can I cancel my order after paying advance?
✅ Standard Items: Yes, if production hasn’t started. Advance may be refunded as store credit.
❌ Customized Items: No, Rs. 500 design fee is non-refundable. Jersey advance may be converted to store credit at our discretion.
What if I spelled my name wrong in customization?
⚠️ Please verify all details before confirmation. If error is from our side (we printed wrong despite correct input), we’ll remake free. If error is from customer side, remake will incur full charges.
How do I pay the advance?
