Ordering Kits for a Team, Club or Office in Pakistan
Liva Mall takes team, bulk and resale kit orders alongside single shirts. Here is what to send for a quote, how sizing and printing work, what the stages look like, and how customised orders are paid for.

Yes. Liva Mall takes team orders, bulk quantities and resale quantities as well as single shirts, and a custom run is arranged directly with us in Islamabad. If you are the club secretary, the coach, the office admin or the shop owner doing the ordering, the fastest way in is not the checkout page. Send the squad list with sizes, names and numbers, plus the date you need the kit in hand, to WhatsApp on 0312-5488788. That one message is enough to start a quote.
What we take, and what we quote on
The order sizes we accept are stated plainly: single orders, custom orders, team orders, bulk quantities and resale quantities. What is not published anywhere on this site is a price ladder. There is no bulk discount in writing here, so please do not build a committee budget around one. Ask for a quote against your real quantity and your real garment, and work from the number you are given.
Most team orders start from something already in the catalogue. Two listings exist for this buyer in particular. The Elite Panthers purple polo is a base design meant to be customised: your team name replaces the one printed on it, and player names, numbers and a team logo go on from there. The custom corporate polo is the same idea for an office or a company, built to carry your logo and your text. If your side would rather use a football shirt as the base, start in the football range. For a cricket side or an academy, the cricket section is the equivalent, and it already includes club and city kits rather than only national ones. If you need bottoms as well, say so in the same message: the shop lists a single pair of track pants and nothing else in that line, so anything beyond it is a quote rather than something you add to a cart.
What to send us
The thing that decides how fast your quote comes back is the quality of the list you send. Four items, in one message:
- Sizes, one per player. Real sizes from the range that garment offers. Not “mostly medium, a few larges”.
- Names exactly as they should be printed. Spelling and capitalisation included. We print what you send us.
- Numbers. The squad number for each player, checked for duplicates before it reaches us.
- Your deadline. The date of the match, the tournament or the event, not the date you would like the parcel to turn up.
A short table is easier for both sides than a paragraph. One row per player, in this shape:
| Column | What goes in it |
|---|---|
| Name as printed | The exact text for the back of the shirt, in the capitalisation you want |
| Number | That player’s squad number |
| Size | That player’s size, taken from the range the chosen garment offers |
Two things to raise in the first message rather than the fifth. Say that you have a logo or a crest to go on the kit, and say where you want it: left chest, back, or both. Send it across with the list and we will come back and tell you what we need from you. And say whether names and numbers are going on the backs, because that is what makes it a customised order, with 2 to 3 days for the printing and payment in full up front.
Sizes are where team orders go wrong
A wrong size on a plain shirt is an inconvenience. A wrong size on a shirt with a player’s name across the back is a shirt nobody else can wear. The two custom polos above run XS to 3XL, but not every garment in the shop goes that far: a good number stop at 2XL. Check the size drop-down on whatever you have chosen as the base before you go out and collect the list, so nobody gives you a size the garment does not come in. Chest and length figures are on the size guide, with one gap you should know about: 3XL has no published chest and length yet. If anyone in your squad needs 3XL, message and ask before you submit the list rather than scaling up from the 2XL numbers.
The habit that saves the most trouble is simple. Ask each player to measure a shirt they already own and like, laid flat across the chest, and match that figure to the guide. Collecting what people think they usually wear is how a set of eighteen comes back with three shirts nobody can use.
How long a team order takes
| Stage | What happens | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Quote | We answer your list, agree the garment and give you a price | Opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM |
| Confirmation | Payment is made and the order is confirmed on WhatsApp | Within 24 hours |
| Printing | Names and numbers go on the shirts | 2 to 3 days |
| Courier | The parcel travels to your address | 2 to 4 days |
| Overall | The store’s estimate for delivery in Pakistan | 5 to 7 working days |
Those are stages rather than figures to add together. The 2 to 4 courier days are counted within the 5 to 7 working day estimate, not tacked onto the end of it. Working days are what count, and Sunday is closed on our side, so a Saturday evening message gets its answer on Monday. If your tournament is in ten days, put that in the first line of your first message rather than at the end of the third, and we will tell you on WhatsApp whether it is workable.
Paying for a custom run
Custom work is paid 100% in advance. The order is confirmed after the payment, not before, and that is the moment the printing days start counting. This matters if you are collecting money from members or waiting on a purchase order: finish that first, because nothing on the calendar moves until the payment does.
The accepted methods are Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. There is no card processor on the site, so there is no Visa or Mastercard checkout to send your finance person to. Cash on Delivery is for standard, non-customised orders, which leaves bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash as the practical routes for a team run. Delivery is free on orders above Rs 4,000. The rest of the conditions sit on the order terms page.
The part that cannot be undone
Returns run 30 days on eligible items, and the full position is set out under returns and refunds. Customised items are not returnable unless they are faulty, and on a team order that is not a footnote. Once a shirt carries a name and a number it belongs to that player and to nobody else. If the spelling is the spelling you sent and the size is the size you sent, that shirt is yours. A faulty shirt is a different matter and we will sort it out.
Which makes proofreading the most valuable ten minutes in the whole process. Read the list back to the squad, and make each player confirm their own spelling and their own number. Settle the two players who both want 7 before the list reaches us, not after the shirts are printed.
Repeat orders and resale quantities
Resale quantities are accepted, and the process does not change: send the list, take the quote, pay in advance for the custom work. Two things make a second order easier than the first. Keep your size list, because the players who have not changed do not need measuring again. And say in your message that it is a repeat, with roughly when the first one was placed, so we are working from the same garment rather than something close to it.
One limit worth stating clearly. There is no online checkout for international orders. If your club or company is outside Pakistan, contact the store directly and the enquiry gets handled by hand instead.
If you already have a squad list, send it. WhatsApp 0312-5488788, or +92 339 5188788, or email support@livamall.com, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM. The other ways to reach us are on the contact page. If your list is still half-formed, send it anyway and say what is missing. A rough list is far easier to answer than a blank message.
