Are These Original? What Premium Replica Actually Means

No. Nothing here is the shirt a club or a national board sells over its own counter, and the price is your first clue. Every kit at Liva Mall is a premium replica: a shirt that reproduces a team’s colours, pattern and crest as a design, sold from Islamabad, with name and number printing available if you want it, and posted to you from here. That is the one line answer. The rest of this page is the detail, so you can decide before you pay rather than after the parcel is open.

What “premium replica” actually means

A replica reproduces a design. On a football shirt that means the base colour, the stripe or panel layout, the collar shape, the trim at the cuffs and hem, and the team crest sitting on the chest as part of that design. On a cricket shirt it is the same idea in a different cut. What carries across is the look of the kit.

What does not carry across is any connection to the club or the national board. Nobody there has anything to do with this shirt, and we are not going to imply otherwise. We are the seller, working out of Islamabad, and that is the whole of our part in it.

“Premium” is our own word for the tier we stock, not a grade awarded to us by anybody. It separates what we sell from the cheapest thing that could be printed in the same colours. Treat it as a description of our own range and nothing more.

Why the product pages got quieter

If you read a product page here a few months ago and read it again now, you will find words missing. The old descriptions made claims about the material and about the standing of the shirt that we were in no position to prove, so we took them out rather than leave them sitting there. The shirts did not change. The writing stopped saying things it could not back up.

So if a description now tells you less, that is deliberate. What is left is what we can actually answer for: the colourway, the pattern, the collar, the crest as a design element, and where your name and number go.

Name and number printing

Most shirts can be printed with a name and a number on the back. There is no box for it on the product page, which asks you for a size and nothing else. So order the shirt in the size you want, then send us the name and the number on WhatsApp at 0312-5488788 or by email to support@livamall.com, either as you order or straight afterwards. Printing takes 2 to 3 days before the parcel goes to the courier.

A customised order is paid in full in advance and confirmed once the payment reaches us, because the shirt stops being sellable to anyone else the moment your name is on it. That is the same reason it cannot come back to us unless it is faulty. Read the spelling twice before you send it, and read the number twice as well.

Sizes, and how to check yours

The size drop-down on the product page is the only thing that tells you what a particular shirt offers. Of the 84 listings in the shop, 52 go up to 3XL, 31 stop at 2XL and one cricket shirt stops at XL, so look there before you decide anything. Measurements for the sizes we have measured are on the size guide. Where a listing does offer 3XL, its chest and length are not published yet, so message us and ask rather than guessing. And do not buy on the strength of the label in your last shirt: labels vary from one maker to the next, chest measurements do not, so work from the chart.

Paying, and how long it takes

There is no card processor on this site, so you will never be asked for card details anywhere on it. Payment is Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery covers standard, non-customised orders. Confirmation comes back on WhatsApp inside 24 hours, delivery is free on orders above Rs 4,000, and the store’s estimate for Pakistan is 5 to 7 working days. Where printing applies, that is a stage of its own, and we confirm the timing for your order on WhatsApp rather than putting a date on it here.

If it turns up wrong

Eligible items can go back within 30 days, and the conditions are set out on the returns page. Customised shirts are the exception to that, with one exception of their own: if a printed shirt reaches you faulty, it is covered. Message us as soon as it arrives, with a photo, and it falls under that exception.
