Name and Number Printing: How It Works and How Long It Takes
Printing a name and number is arranged by message, not on the product page. Order the shirt in your size, send us the name and number, and printing takes 2 to 3 days. Customised orders are paid in advance and are not returnable unless faulty.
Yes, you can have your name and number printed on the back, and printing is offered on the shirts and polos right across the shop. The first thing to know is how you ask for it. The product page does not have a name or number box on it: it asks you for a size, and that is all. So you choose the shirt and the size, place the order, and send us the name and the number in a message, on WhatsApp at 0312-5488788 or by email to support@livamall.com. Printing takes 2 to 3 days, a customised order is paid in full in advance, and once a shirt carries your name it is not returnable unless it arrives faulty.
What goes on the shirt
The printing sits on the back. That is the whole of it. The front of the shirt stays exactly as it looks in the product photos, crest, collar and colourway unchanged.
What you put back there is your call: your own name with a number you like, a player’s number on a national team shirt, or one name repeated across a set of shirts for a club, an academy or an office team. Liva Mall takes single orders, custom orders, team orders and bulk or resale quantities, so a single shirt and a full team set are both normal orders.
Because none of it is typed into the site, the message is where it all gets settled. Tell us which shirt you ordered, the size you chose, and the exact name and number for the back, and we will take it from there on WhatsApp.

None of that adds up into a total. The 2 to 4 days with the courier are part of the store’s 5 to 7 working day estimate, not a wait that starts once the estimate runs out, and where your own order has got to is something we tell you on WhatsApp rather than pin to a date here.
Delivery is counted in working days, and the shop is closed on Sunday, so an order placed on Friday evening does not start moving at the same point as one placed on Monday morning. If the shirt is for a match, a birthday, Eid or a tournament, say the date in your first message and give yourself room. Two weeks ahead is comfortable. Four days ahead is a gamble, and it is one we would rather you did not take, because a shirt with your name on it cannot be returned.
Paying for a custom order
This is the rule to know before you start: a customised order is paid in full in advance, and it is confirmed once the payment reaches us. Cash on Delivery is for standard, non-customised orders, so it is not the route once a name goes on the back. That leaves bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. There is no card processor on the site, so there is no Visa or Mastercard option to fall back on.
The reason is straightforward. A shirt with your name on the back cannot go to anyone else, so the work only starts once the order is paid. Free delivery still applies on orders above Rs 4,000, printed or not.
The part that catches people out
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. A customised item is not eligible unless it is faulty. That is worth reading twice, because it is the one real difference between a printed order and a plain one, and the full wording sits on the returns page if you want it before you commit.

Put simply, all the checking moves to before you pay. Here are the two checks that actually matter.
Fix the size first
Size is the only choice the product page gives you, so it is the one thing a later message cannot undo. The range is not the same on every listing: a good number stop at 2XL, one cricket shirt stops at XL, and the rest go up to 3XL. Open the drop-down before you settle on anything. Then work from measurements rather than habit. Lay a shirt you already own flat, measure the chest across and the length from the shoulder down, and compare those numbers against the size guide. If the listing offers 3XL and that is your size, ask us before ordering, because the chest and length for that size are not published yet and the answer should come from us rather than from a guess.
Check the spelling yourself
Write the name in your message exactly as you want it to appear, capitals included, and the number as digits. Then read it back once more. A shirt printed the way you wrote it is not a faulty shirt, so a misspelling is not covered by returns. Thirty seconds of checking is worth more here than any policy.
Which shirts can be printed
The offer runs across the catalogue rather than sitting on a handful of products. The 2026 World Cup shirts cover Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Japan, Nigeria and the rest, and any of them can take a name and number. So can the club kits in the football range, which runs from Barcelona and Arsenal to AC Milan, Al Nassr and Al Hilal.
On the cricket side, the Pakistan and PSL style shirts take printing too, along with the T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy 2025 designs. Ordering a set for a club or an office side is the same job repeated, not a special request. The basketball shirts are listed by player and squad number, so decide early between the shirt as listed and your own name and number on the back, then say which one in your message.
Before you pay
- Pick the shirt, and pick the size from measurements rather than habit. Check the drop-down actually offers it, and ask about 3XL only where a listing has it.
- Place the order for that shirt in that size.
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0312-5488788, or email support@livamall.com, with the exact name and number for the back, in the capitalisation you want.
- Pay in full in advance by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
- Wait for the confirmation, which comes within 24 hours.
- Printing then takes 2 to 3 days, and 5 to 7 working days is the store’s estimate for delivery in Pakistan.
If you are printing for a date, put that date in your first message rather than working it out afterwards. And if anything above is unclear for the specific shirt you are looking at, message us on WhatsApp at 0312-5488788, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and ask first. A question costs nothing. A shirt printed wrong costs the whole order.
