💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Liva Mall offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers across Pakistan, subject to the following terms and conditions.

✅ COD Availability

  • COD is available in most cities and regions of Pakistan

  • Availability depends on courier service coverage and delivery location

  • Liva Mall reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or products

📦 COD Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled automatically

  • Incomplete or incorrect contact details may result in order cancellation

💵 COD Charges

  • Any applicable COD or courier handling charges are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout

  • COD charges may vary depending on order weight, value, and location

🚚 Delivery & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery

  • Customers are advised to check the parcel before payment (where courier policy allows)

❌ Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a customer:

  • Refuses to accept a COD order

  • Is unavailable multiple times

  • Provides incorrect delivery details

Then:

  • The order may be cancelled

  • The customer may be restricted from future COD orders

  • Advance payment may be required for future purchases

📦 Bulk & High-Value Orders

  • COD may not be available for bulk, heavy, or high-value orders

  • Such orders may require advance payment or partial payment

  • Our team will contact you to confirm payment terms before dispatch

🔁 Returns & COD Refunds

  • For approved returns, refunds are processed after product inspection

  • COD refunds are usually issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit

  • Cash refunds are not guaranteed for COD orders

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.
