⚠️ Important for Customized Products: Since Liva Mall specializes in customized sports apparel (names, numbers, logos, team designs), please read the “Exceptions” section carefully.
 

 

📦 Return/Exchange Shipping Cost

  • If you want to return or exchange an item, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The item must be sent back to Liva Mall’s business address (provided after return approval).
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.

    Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and share return instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    • Use the address provided by our team
    • Include your order ID inside the package
    • Share the tracking number with us
  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval/rejection within 3-5 business days.
 
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.
