At Liva Mall, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.


📅 Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted


✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Have all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order number


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion (unless defective)

  • Innerwear, hygiene, or personal-use items (if applicable)

  • Bulk or customized orders (unless defective)


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is out of stock, an alternative product or store credit may be offered

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges


🚫 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product for verification

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


💳 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after product inspection

  • Refunds may be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Store credit

  • Cash refunds are not guaranteed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.


📦 Bulk Orders

  • Returns or exchanges for bulk orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Shipping charges for bulk orders are non-refundable
