Return Policy Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Important for Customized Products: Since Liva Mall specializes in customized sports apparel (names, numbers, logos, team designs), please read the “Exceptions” section carefully.
Return/Exchange Shipping Cost
- If you want to return or exchange an item, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- The item must be sent back to Liva Mall’s business address (provided after return approval).
- We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns.

How to Start a Return

Include the order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable. - Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and share return instructions if approved. - Ship the Item Back
- Use the address provided by our team
- Include your order ID inside the package
- Share the tracking number with us
- Inspection & Refund
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval/rejection within 3-5 business days.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If you receive:
A defective item (printing error, stitching issue, fabric flaw)
A damaged item (torn packaging, stained product)
The wrong item (different design, size, or name/number)
Unboxing video (highly recommended)
Clear photos of the issue
Courier slip / delivery receipt
We will resolve the issue by:
Sending a replacement (if stock available)
Offering a full refund
Providing store credit (your choice)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
Why this method? It ensures faster processing and avoids delays caused by manual exchange workflows.
For customized items, we recommend confirming all details (size, name spelling, number, and design) before ordering to avoid exchange needs.
European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.
Conditions still apply:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags & original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless item is defective)
