Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted

🚚 Orders Already Dispatched
Orders that have already been handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled
In such cases, customers may follow the Return & Exchange Policy after delivery (if applicable)
🏋️ Bulk, Heavy, or Special Orders
Bulk, heavy, or customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
Such orders may require advance payment, and cancellation after confirmation may not be possible
💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded
Refunds are processed according to the Refund Policy
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days
❌ Cancellation by Liva Mall
Liva Mall reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Unverified or suspicious orders
Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
In such cases, customers will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded.

Repeated order cancellations or refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in account restrictions or limitation of future order options.
