At Liva Mall, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. Our order cancellation policy is outlined below.


⏳ Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted


📦 How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team via:

Kindly share your order number and reason for cancellation for quick assistance.


🚚 Orders Already Dispatched

  • Orders that have already been handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled

  • In such cases, customers may follow the Return & Exchange Policy after delivery (if applicable)


🏋️ Bulk, Heavy, or Special Orders

  • Bulk, heavy, or customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

  • Such orders may require advance payment, and cancellation after confirmation may not be possible


💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded

  • Refunds are processed according to the Refund Policy

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days


❌ Cancellation by Liva Mall

Liva Mall reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product out of stock

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Unverified or suspicious orders

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery details

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded.

Repeated order cancellations or refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in account restrictions or limitation of future order options.
